- Pay in 3 – “no fees when you pay on time”.

Shipping costs have escalated due to increased fuel prices and carrier reluctance to handle parcels over 1.2m by applying large surcharges, we endeavour to obtain the best rates and only seek to recover carriage costs from customers. Items sent by post will be delivered subject to normal postal terms with a maximum of 3-5 days.
Items via courier will be dispatched on the next working day at latest unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Goods to be sent by courier, ordered on Friday afternoon, will not be despatched until the following Monday (Tuesday if there is a Public Holiday).
Carriage is specified for all orders at checkout time except to a few countries. Some items cannot be sent to Non-UK destinations without first obtaining a shipping quotation, payment will not be taken until customer approval for the total supply and shipping costs are agreed.
Return carriage costs are customer responsibility unless goods do not conform to specifications as ordered or are faulty.

* Delivery to SHIP TO ME, PORTSMOUTH – charged at rates above, multiple items will be combined to achieve the most cost effective package.
European Union and rest of Europe countries – delivery costs will be advised when placing the order.
Rest of world carriage – at time of order for small items or by quotation for large items.
Correct Delivery Address – Customer responsibility:
It is the customer responsibility to ensure that a provided delivery address is correct when placing an order. Where obvious errors are detected, 4Boards will endeavour to correct or will contact the purchaser prior to shipment.
For non-UK shipments – addresses must contain correct POSTAL / ZIP codes and where mandatory (e.g. United Arab Emirates) PO box numbers must be supplied as the 1st line of the address.
Items returned due to inability to deliver to a customer supplied address will be resent at the customer cost following provision of the correct or alternative delivery address. Where redelivery is not possible, a refund will be issue for the order value minus original delivery costs.
Cancellation and Returns Policy:
You may cancel your order within 7 working days of goods receipt and the cancellation notice.
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by Email or Letter, order cancellation by telephone will not be accepted.
Refunds will be made immediately when goods are returned or within 30 days whichever is the lesser.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning cancelled orders except where goods are not as specified or are faulty. Returned goods must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as supplied. Any variance to this may result in an administration charge being levied.
Items returned due to incorrect size ordered will be:
- No replacement – refunded in full excluding delivery costs unless considered faulty as per the above condition.
- Replacement size requested – customer is responsible for delivery costs for the replacement product.
