Shipping Information
Carriage is specified for all orders at checkout time, orders for large items to be delivered outside of UK Mainland may be subject to a separate quotation, payment will not be taken until customer approval for the total supply and shipping costs are agreed.
Return carriage costs are customer responsibility unless goods do not conform to specifications as ordered or are faulty.
Returns & Exchange
You may cancel your order within 7 working days of goods receipt and the cancellation notice.
Cancellation must be made in writing by Email or Letter, order cancellation by telephone will not be accepted.
Refunds will be made immediately when goods are returned or within 30 days whichever is the lesser.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning cancelled orders except where goods are not as specified or are faulty. Returned goods must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as supplied. Any variance to this may result in an administration charge being levied.
